I talked to e trade today and i will be getting the certs sent to me. I read her the press they sent out and the email I got from them.I asked about anti- dilutionary shares she said it can protect you from a RS also asked about preferred stock it gets paid out before reg stock and in some cases can protect you from a RS its up to the company I guess hope this helps.
E trade charges $75 for the paper shares and will take them back any time you just have to deposit them.
