I think at the time that Brian was saying he needed to keep things close to his chest was when the company was trying to get government funds and bank financing. He knew that if people knew more details about this that there would be a flood of inqueries to the government agency and bank where this funding was being applied for and could have jeopardized the funding application. From the sound of his latest correspondence he has funding from somewhere so it is no longer important to play things close to the chest....JMO
