one of the more expensive ones at least to my knowledge
so who better to go to the lender with than our new ceo?
he sucessfully been running a business that we are trying to aquire in a new company that he is now running..lol
there is not one person MORE qualified for the loan than our new ceo. this will put the lenders at ease imo
that is the tip of the iceberg ..many more advantages than that imo
dean will be freed up to do what he is good at ... finding good deals.
