How does a corp's stock have "multiple" ticker symbols and cusip #'s? More importantly, the Delaware Secretary of State declared the kinti corp inactive and its charter void in 2006 due to its failure to pay its corporate taxes or file its annual reports. Under Delaware law, a corporation's failure to pay taxes owed for one year will void its corporate charter and render inoperative all powers conferred upon it
by law. So, what you're telling us is that Frank's VOID corp, which is, BY LAW, "inoperative", is going to get "multiple new ticker symbols" & "new cusip numbers" for stock he's selling of an inactive inoperative corp which charter has been void since 2006? Is that it?
