Mark This Post, I Figured It Out.

Man this was a real braintwister. So how does NewCo buy out 100% of LBB and LLEG not get left in the dark. Couldn't tell by the organizational chart, no mention of LLEG or HLE or Laidlaw Biopower. Did MBB actually sell this for a quickie profit? NO! When a poster on the Berlin Byte and Chew accused MBB of selling out shareholders saying we were left in the dark holding an empty bag MBB logged in and denied it very strongly suggesting legal action for spreading false and malicious rumors if said caused harm to shareholders. And also, thinking back to turning sheep into lions comment on his blog got me to thinking. What is really happening?
The answer was staring us in the face but we couldn't see the branches through the trees, lol. What do companies do when they buy another company, or merge, without cash changing hands? If you look at the top of the NEW organizational chart you will see where LLEG comes into play.
NewCo Energy, LLC, a Special Purpose Entity (SPE) set up for this project will become a partly owned by LLEG thanks to a stock transaction. LLEG will partly own NewCo Energy. This is the only answer that makes sense spending several hours this evening reviewing the revised organizational chart and the amended testimony of MBB.
Were it not for the lawyers building layers upon layers for asset and liability protection this would've been so much easier to figure out, but todays litigous world, you know what I mean?
But not to get off track, MBB wouldn't, IMO, sell out a project he has worked on for years for a pittance of a cash return when he has vocally and in print made statements talking about the long term viability and profitability of this project.
This is a fantastic deal. All we really need now is a PR laying it out for sure, with relevant details which I am sure will be coming in due time, probably sooner rather than later due to the publicity it has already gotten. Let us not forget, MBB is a shareholder in LLEG just like the rest of us, what affects us affects him as well. And, in addition, insiders knowing this deal was coming have sent us ^UP^ in pps and volume, buying as much LLEG stock as they could, which isn't a lot for sale at these low pps levels so hold on tight to those shares, they are about to get a lot harder to come by at anywhere near these price levels.
THE PR IS GONNA BLOW THIS INTO ORBIT WHEN SITE APPROVAL IS GRANTED.

GO LONG !!!!!!!!!!!

GO NewCo !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

GO LLEG !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
