The $11 million is not including the additional annual revenue the company expects to generate. Additionally we are expected to go live in Q4 of 2010 (only a fe months away) with iMedicor. That is an a "conservative estimate of $1,000,000 alone.

This company is coming in at a great time, especially with the healthcare overhaul we just had placed into law. More checks and balances, PASO will be there facilitating the process!
