My opinion - if it is Big Frank, and I hope it is, he is a
smart executive. With that angle I see him or his agent ordering trades
towards the close of the market. No PRs or non-quality simple info PRs (as some posters call them
fluff) would help keep the pps low or falling.
Only question is do they have to file any form regarding
this type of acquisition of shares? JMH thoughts.
