At least to my knowledge share issuance has to go through the T/A. Those that bashed and obviously supporting MM's and short sellers or wanted to try to get in lower than Thurusday close. (It didn't work...lol)

I'm glad you followed with the T/A as well which is further credible confirmation of the O/S according to him. Mach he quoted the A/S only to be the 5 million figure as filed on 2-2.

And you're so right, this is a simple one vs CMKX or others. I vowed to stay away from pinks this year, and go figure the only 4 I get burned on were pinks (BHSR, ITGJ, SSWH & GEMM). Although I do like GEMM alot! I know a lot of guys trade the pinks and do well. I just don't have the same luck.

Oh yeah...about being simple lol (got off track)...It's down to being one of 2 things as I mentioned in my last post. Call #1 certainly is in our favor. Call #2 to the company is pending and I plan to follow up again Monday.
