These are different companies (phone #s are different). But they are closely connected. "Status" holds licenses for deposits where "Mayskaya" works:

It's a specifics of Russian business practice to have a number of related companies with different registration status (but owned by the same people if one digs dip enough). The purpose usually is to "optimize" taxes and hide real ownership of few people. I am not saying this is the case here, but... this how it looks to me.
