Look I have a Free Memb, I have no clue why my posts were completely wiped and some of you have PM'd me and I can't respond so I'll try one more time. I am warning you I am tired and tried to write this long a$$ message before. Now, I tried twice to post what I knew and I have one post remaining. I am not trying to be facetious, hurtful, or bash (to buy shares cheaper, blah blah, blah) and I am way past exhausted for bs; that is simply not my style and to make matters worse, I have only one more iHub post with my Free Membership here till morning. Ughh! If it even gets posted.
If I can, I'll come back tomorrow a.m. or later tonight and help out, I will. But I suggest you people run for the exits as fast as you can click tomorrow. At least from what I have been able to determine from multiple friends working on the decision to invest here, it is not pretty. The why's and what's are essentially immaterial (although proof too many of you if not all is probably all you care about-- I would too if invested here, as many unscrupulous investors run amok with pinks simply because of greed, self-preservation, or whatever gets them off).
I can't comment on this being a scam with absolute certainty because it is almost unfathomable. But, the shares according to FINRA are, or weren't dated for execution, until sometime today perhaps. Don't know why, don't care. Look over the 8K carefully, look if you see a "date of record" when the shareholder transfer of stock is scheduled to take place (DNBA to FPRD). You simply won't find one. I am not going to get into the particulars here, because I have a family and other things going on. The bottom line is that as best I can tell this is a completely worthless shell company right now. The assets transferred and sold leaving what I can only imagines is restricted insider shares being dumped on unsuspecting "investors".
You probably won't trust me without my telling you everything I know but six highly trained brokers, three experienced & skilled investors and two attorneys-- all friends of mine --were picking this apart over the last ten days to try and determine why the pps plunge and also to decide whether this was a bounce-play, a sleeper, undervalued, or what the deal was. On the surface it looks like a blaring b-u-y! You can BET that the short crowd is getting ahold of this and will pummel this as early as possible. At least that is what me and my boys would do! But we don't short pennies.
Why were shares being dumped like this lately & why the tanking pps? These guys may have some explaining to do in court, but it will be a loooong time before any shareholders see anything from this investment when it goes that route. I can assure you I, nor my partners, friend &/or associates will be buying one single share, so please spare me the basher angle.

It isn't, and I would advise you to sell first and then contact the attorneys for both companies, starting with DNAB in order to find out why. Contact Melvin, FINRA, ask your broker to review the 8K and stock, do some research, whatever you have to do. Things are not what they seem. My last post was way more succinct & informative, but I am really exhausted and like I said I have a family to concern myself with.
No one has to believe a word I post here. Let me just say that I did DD, I looked very hard into this stock along with other seasoned financiers and we discovered something is very wrong here. Maybe people are finding out and not posting, I don't know.
I am not a martyr, just saying be cautious tomorrow morning I would expect heavy selling (and maybe shorting too) and I have no clear reason for why the pps was somewhat supported till near market close. My guess would be momo players, day-traders and other risk-takers who don't carefully analyze an investment before launching head-long into it.
Then, perhaps they turned to profit taking and/or some combination of reality setting in I guess, who knows? I don't care, not my problem. Good luck to you guys but this could get ugly real quick and don't say no one tried to warn you. Last post, I hope I am not wasting more of my time & this actually goes through.
PS- Do yourself a favor and just e-mail your CEO or whatever. I know I am in a thankless position. No one will thank me tonight and no one will thank me tomorrow after-the-fact. But, I have been on the bad end of a deal (who hasn't that has bought pinks) and if I can help preserve some capital for someone I feel I did my best. On the other hand, don't trust me to BUY or SELL. Just do your own DD that is what I am asking folks to consider. G'night I wish you all the best.
