Back then the price per share was around .04.
You can bet the company is selling shares, just like most penny stocks. However, when the TA(transaction agent) is gagged("someone put a sock in their mouth"), you have no idea how many shares are being added to the float. Before you know it the O/S has maxed out to the A/S and you're in the trip zeroes. Next thing you know is your shares have been reduced by 90% and the PPS is up 10 fold. AKA R/S. Seems like a good thing right? Lol, it isn't.
It's sad you've probably rode the stock down this far and are just now asking what a gagged TA is.
