IMO. Cause managment is meeting market damand with fresh freely traded shares.
maybe they do not mind selling here / at these levels / knowing that Montana is about to revoke all MJ permits / biz lic. That will hurt
and I think that the HQ PR was bullshyt hype and Or wasn't exicuted and or was/is paid for with shares
. No one has heard anything else about HQ, right?
. No one has had a returned call from IR?
