Thanks for the heads up my4. I certainly agree with your point and had to dd PCLI quite a bit before I invested. This is one part of my dd that stuck out:

Certainly a visit by a Congressman does not guarantee a contract but it does tell me that the products are of quality and in demand. This is one reason I am a shareholder while remaining cautious as you suggest.
