I working on a revised Objection to the Disclosure Statement that I can file with the Court.


I intend to omit my second and third Objections that address the financial discrepancies and the NOLs.


I will just address our Trustee's negligence in waiving the Full and Unconditional Guarantee.


The Trustee has a duty to respect the written requests of the Holders.



I will need to have everyone that wants to participate to mail to me a signed letter of support.
