ASSIGNEE. The person to whom property or rights to something in this case patent 336 and others is ( LEGALLY ) Tranferred to.

Like others have stated this is a last ditch effort by Moore/Intel to steal something that is not legaly theirs.

I hope we go all the way to a jury trial and make Intel pay trible damages.
