Correct me if I'm wrong! Moore and fish filed patent 336 on June 7th 1995 then sold all rights to Nano /falk/ptsc in 1996.
According to what Higgins states in the article in 1996.

Falk bought all rights 100% not 50% like Moore is trying to say. Because FISH went to court against Nano/ Ptsc. and lost.

????????? WHen FISH lost all rights to the patents which tranfered to PTSC . Why in the world would Moore think he still owns his 50% That court ruling should be the final say. PTSC. IS SOLE OWNER.
