Oz- Hello- I have been going over the sequence of announcements and there appears to be discrepencies with your statements. On 10/6/09 Efuel announced revenue from all sources of 800,154 dollars from 1/1/09 to 10/5/09. So there has been a source of revenue which does not mean there has been no revenue and without current revenue they would not be doing business ------------On 2/09/10 Efuel is pleased to announce that the Background Checker iPhone App is now available at the iTunes/Apple Store.-------On 3/22/10 Efuel executes an agreement for acquisition of significant interest in a National Background Check Company.

The sequence of PR's seem to indicate that you are misleading when you say that efuel does not own the revenue produced by the Background Checker App. It clearly belongs to efuel sice the 2/09 PR came before the 3/22 PR
