SK3 Group Inc. (SKTO)

It looks like HOTI is concentrating on the energy subsidiaries, they just had a press lease yesterday. I have not heard of any news
on SK3 Group and the merger w/ Eneftech. They still maybe doing the
audits of all the 15 or so companies that HOTI put into SK3 holdings. I think they keep changing there plan as they go along.
I still hold 1.1 million shares of SK3 Group and look at this as
a lone term play.
