The concerns from this post are valid and, in my opinion along with other posters here, answered by comparing quarterly reports side by side.

When you do this you'll note the increase in revenues, the decrease in cost of producing the revenues, and the overall better & more profitable direction the company is heading in. The fact that they have about $1.2Million or so in assets (businesses that may not be their core & have a less immediately lucrative future for THEM-- MRNJ, not saying they won't be excellent businesses for another company/outfit) that they can sell if needed, is another good thing. And, they intimated as such in their Q filing.

They have the money to get through the foreseeable future, they've closed the gap, made increases in revenues/profitability while decreasing costs and the like. I really liked this Q and think it validates mngmnts decision to focus more on the most profitable parts of their business...now while they have the money from the previous round of dilution (when the pps was at around $0.17 to $0.18).

ezbiz123 laid it out here:

From the Mar 31 quarterly, Revenue was $34,790 for the three month period ended March 31, 2010.

From the Jun 30 quarterly, Revenue was $55,571 for the three month period ended June 30, 2010.

That's a 59.7% improvement.

From the Mar 31 quarterly, Cost of revenue was $131,232 for the three month period ended March 31, 2010.

From the Jun 30 quarterly, Cost of revenue was $93,686 for the three month period ended June 30, 2010

That's a 28.6% improvement.

From the Mar 31 quarterly, Operating Expenses for the three month period ended March 31, 2010 increased to
$331,184.

From the Jun 30 quarterly, General and Administrative Expenses for the three month period ended June 30, 2010
increased to $88,958.

That's a 73.1% improvement.

From the Mar 31 quarterly, Net income decreased to ($296,394) for the three month period ended March 31, 2010

From the Jun 30 quarterly, Net income decreased to ($127,073) for the three month period ended June 30, 2010.

That's a 57.1% improvement.

Now, this is the kind of stuff that I wanted to see...that is, continued improvement on all fronts.

In the end they are stronger now than only a quarter ago and the pps drops on no dilution. A/S 300,000,000 O/S 296,000,000.
