CTYX has a good concept of USB flash medical records. But there is competition for putting medical files and records onto a flash drive. The challenges are to standardize the form and format of the records, to actually obtain and place the records into digital format, and to make sure that the records are secure. And, have a convenient way to maintain and update your medical records.
Paying more than $9.95 for a flash drive will not result in huge sales, especially if the drive only includes empty forms and formats that need to be populated with your medical records. You can purchase a 4 Gb USB flash drive for under $7.00.
It looks to me like CTYX simply failed to compete in a tough market. Anybody who can prepare a spread sheet can put together a set of medical records from his or her own files don't you think? And then copy that set onto a flash drive. In my opinion their product is overpriced and not competitive.
I am among the losers with this pink sheet stock.
