OVER 4 DAMN MONTHS, since they said they were:
""Finished preparing their corporate financials through the end of 2009 and they are being reviewed by the company's SEC auditors"" -- April 16, 2010
That's right, APRIL 16 this was said, and now, OVER FOUR MONTHS LATER... NOTHING! Where are the audited financials? Is there ANYONE naive enough to believe it can take FOUR MONTHS to audit financials for a tiny company?
Geez, we are halfway through 2010 now, in 6 months there will be another year to audit.
Anyone? Anyone have a clue on this?
It won't go away by ignoring it folks!
Anyone want to wager, which will come first? Audited financials or paying the dividends that were announced years ago and promised to be paid "soon" again this year?
Anyone want to wager that the annual stockholders meeting will not take place on the date planned? (don't worry, there will be an excuse you can all cling to when it's postponed)
