This is a false statement once again. OxiClean had revenues in the low 1 million dollar range while being sold in local hardware stores and trade/craft shows. They didn't achieve explosive growth until the successful launch of a DRTV campaign. Once that was accomplished their revenue grew from the 1 million dollar range to over 120 million annually.
This is the road WNBD could possibly take with a successful DRTV campaign, or they can continue to garner interest and grow in a manner that is much slower. Whether or not the next DRTV launch will prove seccussful or not is yet to be seen, but I for one applaude their drive and desire to achieve success.
