WHY??? This company has everything it needs to be a success...products and a market that needs those products. Why destroy the company? Makes no sence and it will make no sence to the BK Judge...The secured and unsecured lienholders and the shareholders are all better off if the company reorganizes and becomes the success that it can become. The only people who gain in Chapter 7 are the Vulchers....people who create nothing; produce nothing; contribute nothing!!!
