I'm confused. This is what ETRADE is telling me about this stock:
Market Cap 8.1 K
Shares Outstanding 81.3 M

Yet, everyone is saying there are 2 billion shares?

And a side note. If there are only 81 mil shares, and which would mean it would only be $8K to buy ALL the shares. Couldn't one do that, and then say set the ask price at .60 or something? I mean if they did, and someone bought just 1, the market value of all those shares would be 49 million dollars.
