Well they have 15 day calander days for this one. I would expect it sooner then later thou. As for the 3Q I would expect by 10/15/10 for next 10Q.

If I am correct in thinking they sold 115.2 million shares since july 9th as per filings and info from OTC qoute.

I would say they avg. close to .05 minimum = 5.76million dollars.
I think he is well funded for awhile now. If that how it all works.

But I do Know 316.8 mill on July 9th and 432 mill on 7/20 so they sold at a great price look at the volume days.
