Nope ... that is NOT a subsidiary.
"RCC Holdings Corporation (“RCC”) is a public company controlled by our principals."

That is a related company, related by virtue of common principal shareholders, but not a subsidiary.
To be a subsididary, RCCH would have to be a significant shareholder in Short Stoppers.
