Hey Wisky.

You say you new Mr. FALK. Thats something thats not talked about Mr. Falk seemed like a very savy investor and he was hot to build this new chip with variable speed clocking right!

DO you think he was going to sink allot of his hard earned money into building this chip if he didn't know he owned 100% of the patent to variable speed clocking. Just something to kick around.

Was the legal battle between Russel FISH 3RD and FALK trust over
50% onwership of patent 336 over over 100% ownership. Where was
Chuck Moore during that battle. You would think if Moore was really the co inventor he would have fought for 100% ownership back then. Why would he want to take the risk of having a new partner. Just wondering.
