How are you today? I wanted to drop a quick line and wish you well in PA tomorrow and let you know that my trip to SC has been delayed a couple of days. I had to make emergency plans for a trip west to handle a financing matter for my Company. We discovered irregularities with a lending group and had a judge freeze 600K of closing monies being held in escrow for a $5 million dollar credit arrangement. Apparently, after taking a closer look at the details the judge became uncomfortable as well. Any way and to our relief, he ordered the escrow agent to turn over our money to the court for safe keeping. I will be heading to SC on Thursday or Friday after strategy session with my legal team. I‘m really looking forward to talking with you on an expanded basis. We are anxious to move forward as quickly as possible with an option assessment of whether to buy a warehouse and build or purchase an existing plant. Regardless of the disposition of our escrowed funds or the credit arrangement, we currently have the capital needed to move forward with this part of our project.
