If ruling takes a few weeks.

They will probably walk Ptsc shares down one last time.

When that happens I'm going to buy alot more!! This a long shot. But I think the odds are in our favor. It will be one hell of a pay day.

IF you read Chuck Moores bio. He has devoted his career to forth language with only a brief try at micro processors.

If Moore didn't come up with the idea he didn't invent it.So he isn't the owner of the invention. patent 336.

I keep going back to that fire side chat Moore did and what he said. He wished that all those patents would have stayed on the shelf. I asked myself why in the world someone go to all the trouble of getting something patent and then have it sit on the shelf.And have a whole world wide industry built on your ideas and not want any compenstation. Till just recently. Thats amazing! Maybe he has getting paid for allot longer then we know about.

If this would go to trial Moore would run the risk of purgery!

It was a long wait for this court date. I hope the judge would make a ruling within 30 days.

I wish I could have bee in that court room today.
