I agree with your comments on the floundering economy, but it seems sometimes when one door is closed another is opened. I say this in regards to the transformation that has taken place in the young life of Winning Colours. Those who have followed this company from the early days probably forgot what the target consumer was back then. I think back to when basically the only board chatter, PR's, and retail locations were targeted at the paint and home improvement retail sector. Since those early day we have seen the transformation of a paint stain remover into a general household cleaning sensation. Although we continue to add paint/hardware/home improvement locations, we have been picking up alot of locations in the grocery, drug, convenience stores, and general merchandising locations.

I'm not sure if this was the plan so early on from the beginning, or if the economy caused the company to branch into other arena's before capturing the paint market. Either way, I believe it will work out in the long run due to the deversity of locations being tauted to carry winning colours.
