That is what I think is on most of us oldtimers mind. The simmons seems to like community stuff and seem very involved. Even one on the chamber of commerce or used to be (sent her a email some time back LOL) - no answer of course.

Then I posted a public enquiry on American towns asking anyone from bell buckle to answer a few simple questions as we have not heard from Simmons family after a few years. Kinda public.

Still nothin.

I think the Simmons family figured out a way to live the kind of small town life they love, and get out of the publicly traded company side of things. They were pretty investor minded when they needed to raise money though.

There is a LOT of bell buckle product being sold these days, but not sure we are actually a part of it anymore. After all, if they have not swindled us somehow, then why the silent treatment?

I notice that some of the old brand names of bllb are not listed on the bell buckle country store site at all, and there is no current address for Bell Buckle Holdings Inc in Farmington, and no phone number I can find. The old company website is down and does not exist anymore.

If there is any phone number at all for the company, it is the country store, where I talked to Rodney. We know the new manufacturing facility is still there kicking out product and shipping it everywhere, but there are no phone numbers to it anymore.

If no pr soon, maybe someone close will drive there and talk to a few people. What is scary is that I asked rodney to confirm that bllb shareholders still had a piece of the pie (Bell Buckle products and companies), and he refused to comment, stating a pr would be out soon explaining everything...

Could be good, could be bad, but at least we will finally know if we are screwed or not. Only 675M OS or thereabouts, and a good part of that already traded over last little while.

Shares will be drying up soon no matter if pr comes or not.
