Some have used that R/M speculation as a means to pump up interest in the stock in order for them to book a profit, but you can confidently wager that if there was any cash value in this becoming a shell company with newly issued shares (because the old shares are being canceled), the shell would belong only to the creditors.

It's not at all likely that they would leave cash on the table.
