Yes, it is still sitting in escrow. Brian initiated the freeze. One of two things will happen.

- 1. We get the 5 Million dollar loan the money was tied to.

- 2. We get back the 592K that we put up for the 5 Million, and the loan is no good and Peter was really trying to defraud SYNJ, and it's shareholders.

Either way it's our money and we are sitting pretty.
