Where should we go?

You cant ask this question until you know recognize where we've been.

We came from..

"Syndication (formerly Syndication Net.Com) is not afraid to dive right into the investment pool. The company is an investment and consulting firm seeking to acquire stakes in development stage, e-commerce, or bricks-and-mortar businesses in any industry. It has signed an agreement with Tri State Metro-Territories, a seller of hair salon franchises in the Washington, DC, area, and created HTRG & Associates (now Syndicated Properties), a real estate appraisal business. It has wound down operations of its former subsidiary Kemper Pressure Treated Forest Products."

we evolved..

"Syndication, Inc. (SYNJ.PK), a development stage company, operates as a consulting company in the United States. It acquires controlling interests in or to participate in the creation of, and to provide financial, management, and technical support to development stage businesses, e-commerce businesses, and traditional brick-and-mortar businesses. The company assists target companies in various areas, including the development and implementation of business models to provide solutions to traditional companies; building corporate infrastructure, such as a management team, a qualified sales and marketing department, information technology, and finance and business development; and managing rapid growth and flexibility to adopt to the changing Internet marketplace and technology. It also assists target companies in evaluating, structuring, and negotiating joint ventures, strategic alliances, joint marketing agreements and other corporate transactions; and by providing advice relating to corporate finance, financial reporting, and accounting operations. Syndication, through its subsidiary, Sy-Med Decompression, Inc., provides non-surgical treatment option for patients with back pain due to lumbar disc herniation, degenerative disc disease, sciatica, facet syndrome, and spinal stenosis. The company, formerly known as Syndication Net.com, Inc., was founded in 1999 and is headquartered in Damascus, Maryland."

Brian has a 25 year track record following trends and missing targets. He is a "Buzz Word" person.

Think about it.

12 years ago my back hurt so I needed to see a chiropractor. It was trendy to do so, everybody needed adjustment, a lot of work places got 'ergonomically correct' and companies with solid leadership and vision made a lot of money. Brian sees the trend, creates Sy-Med Decompression...

2 years ago; fuel costs skyrocketing.. Alt Energy, Green Movement.. We need alt energy sources, bio-fuel, solar, wind, natural gas, more nuke.. Everybody talking about it. Companies are making great strides, wind farms popping up, bio fuel production on the rise, solar arrays - serious money being invested, companies with solid leadership and vision making a lot of money. Brian sees the trend, creates Pinnacle Energy...

You ask, "Where do we go from here?" Think about Syndication Inc. (SYNJ). You think Brian can pull off anything from SY-MED or Pinnacle Energy? Should we go back to hair salons, real estate deals or treated forest products (remember those trends BTW)?? Can we truly make money with a couple decompression machines? What, just hire some peeps from pickings website and build a bio-fuel manufacturing facility? Really?

There is no going back.. Unfortunately, the bio-fuel scheme didnt work out this time.

Me thinks Brian has a better chance by moving on to the next "big trend." What about the current medical crisis this country faces due to obesity?

IMO, Brian would be better off restructuring Syndication as a whole.. Let's face it new investors looking in only see a mess.

Maybe Syndication Inc could restructure by combining Tri State Metro-Territories and SY-MED as a salon-style cosmetic surgery day spa center. They could then sell the lipo-suctioned fat to Pinnacle Energy to be processed as bio-fuel. Brian could then simply add another subsidiary company called Soylent Green Oil and Gas to sell bio-fuel back to himself.

3 subsidiaries all solving human problems: "A Triple Threat!" Fighting obesity, solving the fuel crisis, and making people pretty all at the same time!

I'd re-invest in that!
