i don think its NOT a good idea to convert into paper now as we do not have any visibility of the future of this company.....

They could have mentioned something about the company progress in the PR. Blindly coming and asking to convert into paper is not a good way of communication when too much ambiguities are around......and people are skeptical about an RS also....given that situation noone would want to risk it.....JMO...
