As of july 14th per attorneys letter:
there were 259,877,807 shares of common stock issued and outstanding
with 6,570,416.43 shares of Class B common stock issued and outstanding.
Now her letters show class B in the last 2 letters and but showed prefferred in the letter for the period of 3rd Q 09
Either way the shares are close to being maxed. So I would think that the warrant numbers are in the outstanding numbers but are they on the market?(being actively traded)? That would come from the individuals disclosure. The PPS right now is below the class B warrant price of .003 for 2 shares = .0015 The class A's went for .0008 How many of each class were issued? I dont think Ive seen any numbers on that I seem to remember that we were around 90 some odd million os when the warrants were announced and ended up around 190 in Jan. ( these numbers from my head because I dont feel like digging up the paperwork)
In Dec 09 the OS out based on the analysis from the company we were at 172 million.
The warrants alone dont bother me toooo much, as some will sell and some wont. Some people will hold these shares till they pass or the company does...
Im concerned with how close they are to being fully diluted and their cash flow. Per the C call the Ceo disclosed there are 20 to 30 million shares that still havent been delivered to 3rd party or parties back from the old management. They were in negotiations on how to deliver them and how they will hit the market. The company wants to control the flow of selling. I would too. I hope they can reach an agreeement.

So, what all this comes down to is "can the company atleast become cash flow break even or better yet cash flow positive before the rest of the authorized shares are eaten up?
Im not talking a 134 dollar paint job.

The Q2 should be out today no? lets see how detailed it is.
