Morning IR QASP

Recently QASP acquired CET as outlined in Company press release and Jacksonville BusinessNews.

The Main asset of future potential for CET is Solarori Patent 6282898, on Forced air Engine Technology.

It appears from various documents and statements on the Internet that CET DOES NOT OWN the Solarori Patent # 6282898 nor have the rights to use this technology.
Therefore QASP DOES NOT control this patent...

WHAT IS TRUE ????

Does CET own/control Solarori Patent #6282898 or does it NOT ?

Does QASP own/control Solarori Patent # 6282898 or DOES IT NOT ?

Since I'm in this area of QASP asset's, what is status of QASP ACTUALLY ACQUIRING th 51% interest in Minesweeper..??

Please provide factual information to myself, other shareholders, and the investing Public.

A concerned Shareholder

Quasar International Holdings Inc. said it closed the acquisition of CET Corp., part of its new automotive group.
Quasar, based in Jacksonville, did not disclose the amount of the purchase. CET, also based in Jacksonville, researches and develops combustion engine technology, which is used in diesel engines, standby generators, marine diesel and gasoline engines, and niche racing industry engines.
The company expects CET, located in a 50,000-square-foot facility at 8601 Youngerman Court on Jacksonville’s Westside, to be the core of its new auto division.
Quasar estimated the acquisition would add $5.6 million in revenue in the first year.
Shares of Quasar (QASP.PK) fell 18 percent to below a half-cent in midday trading. It has been trading for 1 cent.

I asked IR this past week if CET had the patent and did not get a reply. I had read where INNX never got the patent when it absorbed CET. That Sorolari had it registered under CET International. I was basically attempting to comfirm from Quasar that CET LLC did not have the patent.

Does anyone really believe that Sorolari was just going to hand over CET and his patent for peanuts . He will probably license it to Dean and CET for a significant sum at some point.
