Unfortunately, about the only thing that is a blessing right now is the pps,...because if it were higher the shorters (and penny stocks can be and ARE shorted) would have already pummeled this stock. It might buy these guys some time in case they may want to actually do some work, some heavy lifting and run a legitimate company that they & shareholders alike can be proud of.

But, I highly doubt this given the track record here...

Unbelievable...get's worse each week!!
