Assob is the Australian small scale offering board. They can go to assob.com.au

Sign up and click on Iron Glen holdings Ltd. and download the offering document. On assob Iron Glen is IGH. After early round funding Iron Glen is expected to trade on the London exchange. Iron Glen can than trade on OTC as an American depository receipt.
