Open, that was my question.

I didn't see anything about the "old divi's" on the PR or Email.

I recall that FFGO said the old divi's would be a seperate purchase by the buyer since the divi's are not owned by the current shareholders of FFGO.

I won't be able to respond (until tomorrow) since I am a one-a-day poster. HaHa
