if that were true .. there wouldnt be Accumilation. on the charts..
heres a leson free one for you...

When investors take profits.. the Accumilation chart points way sount . (downwards) almost to 0 on the scale wich means Investors are dumping the stock and taking profits..

When its pointing North way up in the sky like now. Investors are holding and ACCUILATING for the big SPIKE ..
