well they had $11M last quarter.

I'm assuming that they'll make roughly $16.8M in Q4 2010 putting cash at $27.8M

$19M Q1 2011 = $46.8M cash, which is essentially enough to start a new plant. so, by the middle of october, I'm figuring they could be doing another one... and that's without the warrants.

i'm also advised that warrants can be exercised cashlessly and that funds will likely do this instead

this is less dilution but also less cash.
