No sign of financial capabilities yet BEHL announces Multi-Million Dollar contract with a company yet to be formed?

The success of this company doing what it sets out to do is all up in the air, therefore we'll have to wait for that. It's a success if it pulls off what it intends to , but I honestly think, BEHL is jumping the gun on touting a successful Partner find in it's fund raising effort.

It only falsely rises the hope of those pro Behl & invites comment to the detractors.
