...If you liked MNTA a month ago you should love it today. As an investor, I like the potential of earning $30+ dollars to the upside with the risk of a couple/few dollars to the downside.

I agree, over the mid to long-term, there is no question that MNTA is a value (especially at these prices). The "problem" is that some of my purchases were made with a shorter-term mindset. I was expecting there would be a move to near $20 if it was clear (as it seems to be) that the court ruling will be favorable to longs - but IMHO the market isn't showing evidence of that.
