Many investors will not trade stocks without seeing SEC filings. Simple as that. OTCBB is risky enough for most growth investors.

IMO, a step up to otcbb as a fully reporting company will be a large step towards PJ's vision of a billion dollar market cap one day.

Over on the Yahoo MVSN board....some there insist SCMI is a "scam" because they can not see the numbers and verify the news releases......the pk "blinders" are built into the share price now...when they come off....the market cap goes up substantially I think.
