Heres your CEO of SSWC, If people didn't know about how good of a man he was this article might help.'

Clients trust funds hahahaha aka shareholders imho

On this date, in the Garden State, the Supreme Court of New Jersey suspended lawyer Kenneth P. Glynn for recklessly disbursing client trust funds, thus resulting in a negligent misappropriation of client funds, failing to maintain trust and business account records as required by R.1:21–6 and engaging in a conflict of interest by borrowing monies from clients without complying with RPC 1.8(a).

Ken’s license to practice law was suspended on July 12, 2004 for a period of 6 months.

Nitza I. Blasini, Esquire appeared before the Discipline Review Board for the Office of Attorney Ethics.

Ken appeared pro se. Does that mean he had a fool for a client OR that he couldn’t find an Esquire / bag man at short notice to drop a bag of cash to NJ bar overseers?

Were any of Mr. Glynn’s clients injured as a consequence of his actions? If so, are those who were injured satisfied with the discipline imposed in this case? Has restitution been made?

Have there been any other instances of misconduct by Mr. Glynn that haven’t been addressed by Office of Attorney Ethics?
