The BS loans to the two members of the board are absolute proof that EXPH is a scam. It cant be argued. They took company money back in 2006 and have not paid it back. In fact they have continued to take more. Since 2006 that debt has grown almost 50k.

How can anybody say for one second that isn't a scam move????

They are diluting shares to raise money when they wouldn't have to at all if the crappy con artists would just pay back the 400,000 dollars.
