I could call the TA Monday I guess but I saw someone already did yesterday.

I am not arguing with your math but I don't think its dilution unless the SEC does not matter anymore. Then again nothing these days surprises me as our economy is crumbling before our eyes and nobody seems to give a damn. I am a little uneasy with the backhanded transaction coming out of nowhere yesterday. No preferred stock was issued but now it was just sold to a Costa Rica Investment firm?
