Interesting angles and all are plausible......unfortunatley we sit and wait......I have thought about a buyout ....things that come to mind....say someone steps up to buy us.......

1.) How do you value whats left here ? Is Freedom Fuels considered an asset of this company since part of the sales language says the buyer must also buy Freedom Fuels ? That should only be fair to XPGH shareholders right ? Since our hands are tied unless someone agrees to buy Freedom Fuels too. I would say we all have a right to some if not all of the Freedom Fuels proceeds ? I wonder what a judge would rule on that - in favor of shareholders ?

2.) When a company is bought usually company "A" makes a pps offer for company "B" right ? Our stock is in the crapper right now. PRIME time for someone wanting to step up and pick up a bio unit (for rfsII mandate) , refinery and a few turnkey customers cheap.

The larger bulk of dollars in an XPGH sale may be in the value of Freedom Fuels and not necessarily our stock.....maybe our stock -money has been building the Freedom Fuels asset in a round about way all this time....it would be a shame if "others" solely profited from that in the end deal .............hmmmmmm.

Who owns Freedom Fuels anyway ...do any of our pricipals own portions if not all of Freedom Fuels ?

I am stupid, do not pay attention to me or my posts...do not make buying or selling decisions based on my banter at all ...I am a negative person by nature and at best an amature investor. Hope everybody makes money here.
