I'm probably 60/40 in favor of the acquisition. That's up from being 50/50 a couple of days ago. IMO:

1. This is a supposed to fail and Otto & Co walk away with +$1M.

2. The deal falls through because they can't get the financing.

3. The financing comes through and the deals close.

The evidence supports each possibility depending on how you spin it. Regardless, we will know in 30 days.
